We were excited to be invited to do a photography session for a beautiful artist who has been a belly dancer for quite some time. The art of Belly dancing has grown in popularity all around the world. It is one of the oldest forms of dancing originating in the Middle East thousands of years ago. A gorgeous woman, in all her femininity and grace, dressed in beautiful clothing sensually dancing and captivating her observers by her movements.
When we set down to discuss the perfect location and the details of the photo shoot we decided that we wanted to show the beauty of this expression of ancient art form. Our client brought her own beautiful clothing with her, we only added a few small props. The desert turned out to be the perfect location in contrast with which the intricate design of the clothing gets particular focus. At the same time it is the perfect background to remind of the origin of this dance.
